Return & Exchanges Policy

At this time, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of products that have already been shipped to ensure that products remain free from contamination.

Exchange Exceptions: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@buttazandwax.com

Final Sale

For product safety reasons, all sales of our items are final. If a product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact connect@buttazandwax.com with attached images, your order number, and proof of delivery date. Melted shea does not qualify for exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to alert us of the damage. After, reviewing your claim we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to determine if new products will be sent.
