Shipping Domestic (North America)
All items are processed and shipped within 7 business days. After your order has shipped, it will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Once your items are on their way, you will receive an email notification that contains tracking information. Please ensure that you have looked at your order receipt and confirm that all information (address, products, etc.) is correct before the item is shipped.
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been shipped. To ensure you get the correct amount of products and the correct products that you want please review your cart carefully before purchasing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If your package is “returned to sender” we will be in touch to arrange re-shipping. You will need to confirm the correct address and pay again for shipping. Please keep in mind that this may be more expensive than your original payment.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time but we are working on it.
Estimated Delivery
Our estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. But will most likely occur within 3-5 business days after the order has shipped. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.
During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.
Shipping Methods
Standard Ground
Orders shipped USPS Standard Ground are typically delivered in 3-5 business days after shipping.
Reminder: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic USPS has been slightly delayed in its processing of packages. This might add some unexpected delays to your expected delivery date.
